Salvestrin is a multi-generational family-owned winery on Main Street in St. Helena, farming the historic Dr. Crane Vineyard - one of the oldest vineyards in Napa Valley. The family crafts limited-production Cabernet Sauvignon (including the flagship Three D and Estate bottlings), Sauvignon Blanc, Sangiovese, Zinfandel, and a Rose of Cabernet, reflecting generations of stewardship of the land. Tastings are by appointment and emphasize intimate, family-hosted experiences on the patio or in the tasting room, with an elevated option inside Dr. Crane's 1800s Victorian home.

Estate Tasting

A refreshing splash of current release Sauvignon Blanc followed by a guided tour of the estate and winery, concluding with a sit-down tasting of four current release wines on the patio or in the tasting room. Kid and pet friendly. Tasting fee waived with three bottles purchased.

Dr. Crane Experience

$150.00

Hosted in Dr. Crane's original 1800s Victorian home. A welcome splash of Sauvignon Blanc on the front porch, then a seated tasting in the dining room of five red wines including the esteemed Three D Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with artisanal bites. 1.5-2 hours.
